The final prioritized list is incorporated into the preliminary Six Year Transportation Improvement Program (STIP). The preliminary plan will be presented to the public for review and comment annually in the Fall. The State of Washington requires the county to update the Six-Year Transportation Improvement Plan each year (RCW 36.15.050). The Annual Construction Program gives a more detailed description of the projects, for the first year of the STIP. The Six Year Transportation Improvement Plan and the Annual Construction Program are adopted by the Board of County Commissioners. |
