Expiration of Administrative Segregations
Kittitas County, WA - 09/20/2012 - On September 18, 2012 the Kittitas Board of County Commissioners signed an ordinance to amend the Kittitas County Code permitting Administrative Segregations, formerly known as "Exempt Segregations."
The amendment language relates to the expiration of these applications. A three month period is provided for any administrative segregation which has received preliminary approval to be finalized, or to apply their application fees paid to the County to some other form of division permitted in Code. Any Administrative or Exempt Segregation application which has not been submitted for final approval to Kittitas County Community Development Services on or before December 18, 2012 will expire and be void.
Any person, business, or corporation which has ever applied for an Administrative or Exempt Segregation, is encouraged to conduct a full review of all of the documentation related to their application to insure that final approval was granted.
