The Kittitas County Board of Commissioners will meet at 4:00 p.m. on September 25, 2017 at 205 West 5th Ave. Room 109 Ellensburg, WA to consider the purchase of Water Rights from Craig and Nancy Schnebly and a Memorandum of Agreement.
