Notice of public hearing to consider a resolution to amend Kittitas County Weed Board Section Boundaries.
The Board of Kittitas County Commissioners will meet at 2:00 pm on 06/02/15 at 205 W 5th Ave., Room 109 to consider amending the portion of Resolution 91-29, describing the boundaries of Kittitas County Noxious Weed Control Board Sections one through five.
Resolution 91-29 contains numerous scrivener's errors in the legal descriptions of Weed Board Sections and excluded portions of the County from any of the five Weed Sections, which are to include all of Kittitas County per RCW 17.10.050(1). The County Weed Board would like to correct these errors through an amendment of Resolution 91-29.
