Notice of public hearing to consider Amendment to Kittitas County Code and Comprehensive Plan
Notice of Public Hearing
On December 3 at 6:00 pm the Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing at the Teanaway Hall at the County Fairgrounds, 512 N. Poplar Street, Ellensburg, WA. The hearing is designed to record public comment upon Planning Commission recommendations made to the Board of County Commissioners to amend the Comprehensive Plan and Kittitas County Code in order to comply with the Growth Management Act as determined by the Eastern Washington Growth Management Hearings Board. The Board of County Commissioners may make a final decision of recommendation upon closing of the public hearings or continue the hearing to specific dates and times for review of the record. Verbal and written testimony will be accepted during the hearing. Written comments may be submitted during regular business hours for inclusion in the record at: Kittitas County Community Development Services (CDS), 411 N. Ruby, Ellensburg, WA 98926.
