Notice of public hearing to amend Chapter 14.04 to adopt Washington State Energy Code 2009 edition (WSEC).
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Board of County Commissioners on Tuesday, February 15th, 2011 at 2:00 p.m., in the Commissioner's Auditorium located at the Kittitas County Courthouse, Ellensburg, Washington, to consider proposed changes to the County Building Code, Chapter 14.04 to adopt the Washington State Energy Code 2009 edition (WSEC) as approved by Washington State that went into effect January 1, 2011.
