Notice of Public Hearing to consider a Public Utility Franchise Application from the City of Ellensburg.

The Board of Commissioners will meet at 2:00pm on March 19, 2013 at at the Commissioners' Auditorium, 205 W. 5th, Room 109, Kittitas County Courthouse, Ellensburg, WA to consider a franchise application by the City of Ellensburg for a Public Utility Franchise for various utilities and locations throughout the county.
