Notice of public hearing to consider subletting County lease wtih Koletty's Koffee II at 409 North Ruby Street

The Board of Kittitas County Commissioners will meet at 2:00 p.m. on June 5, 2012 at 205 W. 5th Ave. Room 109 Ellensburg, WA  to consider and discuss granting a sublet of lease between Koletty's Koffee II and Canyon River Bakers for property located at 409 North Ruby Street (Map Number: 17-18-02050-1209) in Ellensburg, WA 98926
