The Kittitas Valley Event Center is part of the Kittitas County Fair Grounds Historic District. Craig's Hill forms a natural amphitheater for the facility while Wilson Creek meanders through the grounds. Stretching east from the Center is the 100 mile-long Iron Horse State Park, which was once the path of the Milwaukee Road railway. Quiet and serene, the Kittitas Valley Event Center is within easy walking distance of Central Washington University and downtown Ellensburg, and is within short driving distance of over 799 motel rooms and 35 restaurants. The Center's newly renovated facilities can accommodate everything from a small private meeting to a 700-person public exhibition. The Center's six separate rooms range from 800 to over 7,000 SF of usable space. All are heated and air conditioned, and each has state of the art sound systems and projection.
