	Today, more and more people are quitting tobacco. If you're thinking about quitting or you're ready to quit, there is help available. The Washington State Tobacco Quit Line is a free service to all residents. When you call the quit line, you will speak to a trained quit coach. The quit coach will assess your situation and help you develop a quit plan. Each caller will receive a quit kit and the support to quit successfully.
Teens Against Tobacco Use (TATU) is a youth empowerment program teaching teens to take a stand against big tobacco. Signing up is easy, the programs are fun, and the impact you have just might save a life.
