NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Kittitas County will be holding a public hearing to consider the appeal of the administrative decision for the Conditional Preliminary Approval of the Kuhn Short Plat (SP-11-00012)  submitted by David Kuhn land owner.  David Kuhn submitted a preliminary short plat application to subdivide approximately 21.00 acres into two 5.24 acre lots and two 5.26 acre lots.  On March 9, 2012 the application was granted preliminary approval subject to conditions.  On March 19, 2012 the applicant submitted a timely appeal of the administrative decision.   The subject property is zoned Rural 5.  The Kuhn Short Plat is located approximately .5 miles north of Cle Elum at the end of Sun Ridge Drive, in a portion of Section 25, T20N, R15E, WM in Kittitas County, bearing Assessor's map number 20-15-25059-0002.

A closed record hearing will be held before the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners on June 19, 2012 at 2:00 p.m., Commissioners' Auditorium, Kittitas County Courthouse in accordance with KCC 15A.07.  The Board of County Commissioners at said public hearing will consider documents comprising of the record.  No new evidence or testimony will be given or received.  Interested persons are encouraged to attend.

The Board of County Commissioners may continue the public hearing to a specific date and time where they will review the record, deliberate and make a final decision on this permit application.  Those hearings will take place at a later date to be determined by the BOCC.
