Section 10.04.010 "Policy" sets forth County policies and procedures related to road sign and traffic control devices.&nbsp; This policy has outdated references and procedures that need to be corrected in order to comply with current practices and federal standards for uniform standards for road signs and traffic control devices.<br />

Additionally, Section 10.07.020 "Winter areas designated" sets forth two different winter periods for county road winter parking areas.&nbsp; One period is from November 1 through April 30 for six separate areas.&nbsp; The other period is from November 1 through March 31 for three separate areas.&nbsp; The period from November 1st through April 30<sup>th</sup> is consistent with the Washington State Sno-Park permit.
