NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Easton Ranchettes Plat Alteration (LP-11-01)

 

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Kittitas County will be holding a public hearing on the Easton Ranchettes Plat Alteration (LP-11-01) submitted by Lloyd Moritz and Charles Brown authorized agents for Pacific Northwest Assn of Church of God, land owner.  This application proposes an alteration to the Easton Ranchettes Plat to extinguish a 200-foot aircraft runway easements and removal of the 19 lot lines and associated road easements within the Double K Christian Retreat Center properties.  The original plat was recorded in Volume 5 of Plats pages 92 thru 95, records of Kittitas County in 1972.  The Easton Ranchettes Plat Alteration is located approximately 9.5 miles west of the City of Cle Elum, west of Old Cedars Road, East of Tall Timber Trail, and south of Interstate 90, in a portion of Sections 19, T20N, R14E, WM in Kittitas County, bearing Assessor's map numbers 20-14-19050-0018 through 0036.

 

An open record hearing will be held before the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners on April 3, 2012 at 2:00 p.m., Commissioners' Auditorium, Kittitas County Courthouse.  The Board of County Commissioners at said public hearing will consider written and oral testimony.  Interested persons are encouraged to attend.

 

The Board of County Commissioners may continue the public hearing to a specific date and time where they will review the record, deliberate and make a final decision on this permit application.  Those hearings will take place at a later date to be determined by the BOCC.
