NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Sunshine Estates Plat Alteration (LP-11-04)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Kittitas County will be holding a public hearing on Sunshine Estates Plat Amendment (LP-11-04) submitted by Wayne Nelson authorized agent for Sunshine Estates Community Club, landowner.  This application proposes an alteration to the Sunshine Estates Plat to remove the dedication language for the use of the public using private roads within the plat .  The original plat was recorded in Book 3 of Plats page 79, records of Kittitas County in 1964.  The Sunshine Estates Plat Alteration is located approximately 5 miles northwest of Roslyn beginning at 381 Sunshine Avenue, in a portion of Section 34, Township 21N, Range 14E, WM in Kittitas County.

An open record hearing will be held before the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners on April 3, 2012 at 2:00 p.m., Commissioners' Auditorium, Kittitas County Courthouse.  The Board of County Commissioners at said public hearing will consider written and oral testimony.  Interested persons are encouraged to attend.

The Board of County Commissioners may continue the public hearing to a specific date and time where they will review the record, deliberate and make a final decision on this permit application.  Those hearings will take place at a later date to be determined by the BOCC.
