The Oak Tree Estates, Oren Estates, and Carpine Plats included the dedication of a new county road right of way named Chandler Road. Chandler Road has been constructed to meet county road standards and the road certification is on file at the Public Works Department.

In 2003, 0.19 miles of Chandler Road was adopted onto the county road maintenance system. County Road crews use the remaining 0.038 mile long private portion of the road and the turnaround when plowing Chandler Road. Pulbic Works is recommending that this additional portion of Chandler Road be added to the road maintenance system.
