Amendments are being considered to improve the processing of the Transfer of Development Rights program.  The recommended amendments to KCC 17.13 are to clarify processing applications, to require that lands in the program must be located in Kittitas County, to remove the reference to UGNs, and to remove MPRs from being eligible receiving sites.  The recommended amendments to KCC 17.37 are to remove MPRs from being eligible receiving sites.
