This call for sealed bids is for a 12,000 sq.ft 118 bed Jail Pod Expansion to the Kittitas County Jail. Plans will be available to view at the Kittitas County Commissioners office or at the Builders Exchange of Washington, Inc. www.bxwa.com . Builders Exchange will have a two step process in order to access the bid documents due to the secure nature of this project.

A MANDATORY pre- bid conference will be held at 1:30 pm., Wednesday, May 4, 2011 at 205 West 5th Avenue Suite 109, Ellensburg, WA .

Engineers Estimate is between $4.8-$5.8 Million.

Bids are due by 2:00 PM, Thursday May 19, 2011 at the County Commissioners Office at 205 West 5th Ave, Suite 108, Ellensburg, WA,  and a Public opening will commence at 2:05 PM in Room 109.
