This call for sealed bids is for The Removal and Recycling of Oil and Antifreeze from The Kittitas County Collection Sites. Bids are due by Febuary 1, 2011, 3:00pm. at which time bids will no longer be accepted. Bids will be opened at Kittitas County Solid Waste 925 Industrial Way Ellensburg WA 98926 on February 1, 2011, 3:00pm.
