This call for sealed bids is for the Furnishing of Maintenance Rock Materials for Calendar Year 2011 in accordance with Specifications prepared by Kittitas County.  Bids not in hand by 2:00 p.m., December 22, 2010, will no longer be accepted. Bids will be opened at Kittitas County Public Works, 411 N. Ruby, Ste. #1, Ellensburg, WA  98926 on December 22, 2010, at 2:00 p.m.

The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities in the bidding and to accept the bid/bids deemed to be in the best interest of Kittitas County.  Bids not in hand by 2:00 p.m., December 22, 2010, will not be considered.
