Notice of Public Hearing
To consider modifying access and address permit fees collected by the Public Works Department.
Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners for Kittitas County will hold a public hearing on October 5, 2010 at 2:00 pm in the Commissioners Auditorium, Room 109, Kittitas County Courthouse, Ellensburg, Washington to consider staff recommendations.
The Board of County Commissioners may make a final decision upon close of the public hearing or continue the public hearing to a specific date and time where they will review the record, deliberate and make a final decision on the proposed fees. Any person with an interest in this matter is encouraged to attend and provide testimony.
The proposed fees may be reviewed during normal business hours at the Kittitas County Community Development Services Department, (CDS)
