NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Kittitas County will be holding a public hearing on the Little Creek Ranches Plat Alteration (LP-10-01) submitted by Brookside Consulting, authorized agent for the Artz Family LLP and William Sheriff, landowners. This application proposes an amendment to the Little Creek Ranches Plat to create a 60-foot easement for ingress, egress and utilities to serve adjacent properties and the construction of a new road from the end of existing Storie Lane to the north end of the bridge. The original plat was recorded in Book 8 of Plats pages 11 thru 15, records of Kittitas County in 1985. The Little Creek Ranches Plat Alteration is located at 630 & 640 Storie Lane, Lots 6 & 7 of Little Creek Ranches, Cle Elum, WA, in a portion of Section 28, T20N, R14E, WM, in Kittitas County. Assessor's map numbers: 20-14-228051-0006 & 0007.
An open record hearing will be held before the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners on July 20, 2010 at 2:00 p.m., Commissioners' Auditorium, Kittitas County Courthouse. The Board of County Commissioners at said public hearing will consider written and oral testimony. Interested persons are encouraged to attend.
The Board of County Commissioners may continue the public hearing to a specific date and time where they will review the record, deliberate and make a final decision on this permit application. Those hearings will take place at a later date to be determined by the BOCC.
