The Kittitas County Board of Commissioners will meet at 1:30 pm on May 25, 2010 at the Kittitas County Courthouse, 205 W. 5th Ave. in Room 109, Ellensburg, WA to consider an administrative appeal of the Community Development Services and Environmental Health Department, which was filed by Attorney Jeff Slothower, representing D&H Ranch, Inc.; SDL Properties, Inc. and L&D Land Corporation, Inc. regarding vesting to rules and regulations applied on the date of short plat applications being submitted.
