This Request for Qualifications for Updating the Post Closure Plan for the Kittitas County Balefill located at 25900 Vantage Hwy, Ellensburg, Washington. The proposals are due by May 14, 2010 at 4:00 p.m, at which time proposals will no longer be accepted. Proposals will be opened and scored and then interviews will be scheduled.
