The Board of Adjustment is a Citizen's Body which hears applications for
variances, conditional use permits and other QUASI-JUDICIAL matters assigned to
it by the legislative body. They may also serve as an appeals body for the
zoning adjuster and for other administrative decisions. The Board of Adjustment
meets on the 2nd Wednesday each month at 7 p.m. in the Commissioners Auditorium,
Courthouse. Additional meetings are scheduled as necessary. < Back to Boards and Committees
